Klavdijus Dušauskas Duž has completed geology studies in Petrograd mining institute and architecture studies - in the Kaunas Vytautas the Great university.
Before the war he was professor of the Kaunas Vytautas the Great university, lived and worked in Kaunas.
During the war he, together with his wife Jelena, became involved into helping Jews.
They hid Ieva Gauronskiene, German Lechem, Binder and other Jews at their home.
For hiding Jews Klavdijus Dušauskas Duž was imprisonned into the Pravieniskiu prison.
